Fastening technologies. Angle. Mounting line.

The construction of NATIONAL takes care about your walls meant for placing display systems and decorative panels. Great amount of fastening points on the back site of display system and angles make it possible to have only one mounting line.
Mounting line is a row of holes on the wall on one level (same height).

1. First find out the height of the display system placing. The middle line of the display system should be on the eye level for better view and perception.

2. You will find holes to fasten angles. Fasten the angles and DON’T tighten screws and nuts.

The angles can be fastened to display system in different points. We recommend to fasten the angles from above (Pic. 1a and 1b) and close to the edge (Pic.3). You can fasten the angle between the elements (Pic. 1c).

Angle

There can be many angles on display system. The quantity depends on its width and configuration. Still there can’t be less than 2 angles even for one celled display system.

The staple diameter is 10mm. Suits well for big and small sizes screws.

Move the angle on the wall with the help of loop if the distance between screws is different from angles.

3. Measure the distance between the fastened angles. Make same distance holes in the wall. Hammer the screws. (screws are not included)
4. Measure the distance between the hammered screws and fasten the angles on the same distance and tighten the nuts.
5. Hang the display system on the wall.

The sizes of the elements are fixed. The standard distance between the points of mounting line:
1-2 cells – 25 cm,
3-6 cells – 50cm, 75cm,
7-10 cells – 75cm, 100cm.
Choose the distance yourself if the length of display system is longer than 10 cells.
